By accessing or using NotchAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NotchAI for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

NotchAI requires Accessibility permissions to function properly. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that the App will monitor mouse cursor movements around the notch area of your screen. This data is processed locally and is not transmitted externally.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may update the App from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
